We recommend taking your garment to a professional cleaner for dry cleaning. If you prefer to wash it at home, please hand wash it, or place it in a laundry bag and use a gentle machine cycle.
If wrinkles appear, you may use a steam iron to remove them. For minor creases, simply hang the garment in the bathroom while taking a hot shower, the steam will help smooth out small wrinkles.

2. Custom Orders
We're sorry, but custom‑made dresses cannot be returned. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll be happy to issue a refund or send a replacement.
